Hey, I'm Troy!
Troy "TJ" Noonan is a seasoned and accomplished
trader with a wealth of experience in the financial markets. His journey began in the early 90s, where he entered the world of trading. It was during this time that he made a noteworthy move by shorting the GBPUSD, coinciding with George Soros's historic trade that famously broke the Bank of England. While Mr. Noonan didn't make billions like Soros, he embarked on a remarkable adventure, traveling through Europe and ultimately meeting his wife.
Troy's expertise extends beyond trading strategies. He has mentored numerous traders, conducted online and in-person training sessions across various cities, and made appearances in several investor and trader symposiums. He has been featured in Wealth 365 presentations, Investor Summit, and has appeared on numerous online trading and investing shows.
In 2006, Troy started his career as a recruited trade coach for Netpicks, quickly establishing himself as a valuable asset to the company. Eventually leading the the creation of his own company The Backpack Trader in 2016.
Troy has introduced several highly regarded trading strategies, including Counter Punch Xpress (CPX), CPX-2, Spotlight Power Trader (SPT), Catapult Xtreme (CATX), and his newest strategy Cloud Control (CCT)
